Processing Time

Each Fantasy Flameworks candle is hand-poured in small batches and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We ship within the United States. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help resolve the situation.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products and the personal nature of fragrance preferences, we do not accept returns on burned candles or opened products.

We stand behind the quality of every candle we make. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your candle arrives damaged, please reach out to us at our contact page within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

Unburned / Unopened Items

If you've received the wrong item or your order is unopened and unburned, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your options.
