Long before the first cities were built, the world was split between two endless forces. To the west, the sun never fades. Golden skies stretch beyond the horizon, bathing the land in constant warmth and light. To the east, the moon forever watches over a world of silver forests and quiet darkness. Each a harsh extreme that is hard to survive

Between them lies Elaris, the Heart of the Meridian.

It is said that Elaris is the only place in Sol'una where the two forces exist in harmony. Here, travelers from distant lands gather beneath a sky that knows both sunlight and starlight. Scholars search through forgotten records, explorers prepare for journeys into the unknown, and old stories are passed from one generation to the next.

The people of Elaris believe every road leads somewhere worth discovering.

But not every place welcomes visitors.

Wildwood Reach

Beyond the borders of Elaris lies a forest with many mysteries to uncover

The people call it Wildwood Reach.

Few have walked its deepest paths. The trees grow so tall that their branches disappear into the clouds, and ancient trails wind through valleys untouched for centuries. Adventurers travel there seeking forgotten ruins, rare discoveries, and the thrill of standing somewhere no one has stood before.

At the highest peaks of Wildwood Reach, travelers can witness the impossible.

Far in the distance, the world is divided in two.

One horizon burns with endless daylight.

The other rests beneath eternal night.

Some say those who see the divide never return the same.

Hidden Garden

There is a story told in the quiet corners of Elaris.

A story about a place that should not exist.

A valley hidden somewhere beyond the known lands, where the sun and moon meet peacefully. A place where flowers bloom without season, where the air is always warm, and where time seems to move slower than anywhere else in Sol'una.

They call it the Hidden Garden.

Many have searched for it.

None have returned with a map.

Yet every year, flowers that do not grow anywhere else appear on the steps of the Elaris archives.

The scholars refuse to say where they came from.

The answers to Sol'una's mysteries are hidden among the archives of Elaris.

Deep within its ancient halls are thousands of scrolls, journals, and forgotten maps left behind by explorers who ventured beyond the edges of the known world. The scent of aged paper, ink, and worn parchment fills the air as scholars search for pieces of history that have been lost to time.

Not all who leave Elaris return.

The waters surrounding Sol'una are shaped by the pull of its eternal sun and moon. Beneath their opposing forces, the seas shift without warning. Calm waters can become violent in moments, and dark waves crash against shores of black stone.

Sailors know these waters by one name.

Before every voyage, captains tell the same warning:

The sea does not reveal its danger until it is already too late.

Aureus

Those born beneath the eternal sun carry something unusual.

Some believe it is a blessing. Others believe it is simply a reflection of the land that raised them. Their skin holds a warmth unlike anywhere else in Sol'una, and their presence seems to carry the glow of the sun itself.

The people of Elaris call this radiance Aureus.

Whether it is magic, myth, or something beyond understanding, no one can deny its beauty.
